Ingredients

  • 2.5 Cups Sweet Potatoes Chopped (about 1.5 medium sized sweet potatoes)
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 8 Slices Nitrate Free Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
  • 1 Cup Green Onion, Chopped
  • ½ Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 Drops Black Pepper Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese

Instructions

Step 1:

Begin by steaming the sweet potatoes until tender yet firm.

Step 2:

In a skillet, cook ground beef with olive oil, salt, and Black Pepper Oil. Add green onions and sweet potatoes, cooking until beef is browned.

Step 3:

Mix in crumbled bacon, top with cheese, and serve warm. Optional toppings include pickles and cherry tomatoes for added zest.
