  • 1 drop Black Pepper Oil
  • 1 drop Cilantro Oil
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, to squeeze on top
These Zucchini Taco Boats are a delicious and healthy twist on a classic favorite. Filled with seasoned ground beef and topped with fresh ingredients, they offer a satisfying meal that is both nutritious and full of flavor.

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Add the chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, Oregano Oil, Cumin Oil,  kosher salt,  Black Pepper Oil  and Cilantro Oil, mix well.

Step 2

Slice the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides to create boats. Arrange them on a parchment-lined baking tray.

Step 3

Fill each zucchini boat with the seasoned beef mixture. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the tops are browned and the zucchini is tender.
