- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 drops Cinnamon Oil
- 1/2 cup carbonated water
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup peeled and diced apple
- Avocado oil (for frying)
Step 1
Combine cassava flour, arrowroot, baking soda, sea salt, and maple sugar in a bowl. Stir well.
Step 2
Create a well in the center and add maple syrup, carbonated water, Cinnamon Oil, and apple cider vinegar. Mix into a smooth batter.
Step 3
Fold in diced apples, then fry in heated avocado oil until golden brown. Serve warm.
