Savory BBQ Chicken Bowls Recipe
Ingredients
Kale Mix:
- 3 Cups Kale
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 Drop Black Pepper Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup (optional)
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- Sea salt To Taste
Chicken:
- 5 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- Sea Salt
- 1 Drop Black Pepper Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 TeaspoonChili Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- BBQ Sauce
- Olive Oil For Cooking
Bowls:
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 12 Ounces Cauliflower Rice
- 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
- Sea Salt
- 1 Drop Black Pepper Oil
- 2 Drops Lime Oil
- 1 Avocado, Sliced
- 1 Drop Cilantro Oil
- Lime For Garnish
- Diced Red Onion
- Extra BBQ Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Start by preparing the kale slaw. In a large bowl, combine kale, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, black pepper oil, maple syrup, minced garlic, and sea salt. Mix well and set aside to marinate.
Step 2
Season the chicken thighs with sea salt, black pepper oil, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and smoked paprika. Grill or pan-fry until cooked through, then coat with BBQ sauce.
Step 3
In a skillet, sauté cauliflower rice with olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper oil. Finish with cilantro oil, lime oil and juice. Assemble bowls with cauliflower rice, chicken, kale slaw, avocado, red onion, and extra BBQ sauce.
