  • 2 drops Ginger oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper (to taste)
  • Green onion for garnish (optional)
  • 2 medium onions (finely chopped / minced)
  • 1 drop Black Pepper Oil
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • Cauliflower rice (optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules (or 4 cloves garlic, minced)
  • 1 whole cabbage, shredded
  • Any other chopped veggies you would like (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unrefined sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots

Preparing Your Egg Roll in a Bowl



Step 1

Begin by placing the ground meat in a large pan over medium heat. Cook until the meat is thoroughly browned, ensuring it’s evenly cooked.



Step 2

Add the finely chopped onions and garlic to the pan along with sesame oil. Stir occasionally until the onions are lightly browned and fragrant.



Step 3

Reduce the heat to medium and crack the eggs into the pan. Mix well, then add Ginger Oil, Black Pepper Oil, and salt. Stir to combine all ingredients thoroughly.



Step 4

Add the chopped cabbage and carrots. If you added more veggies, add them now. I like to add zucchini, and sometimes peppers.



Step 5

Let the pot of goodness simmer until the cabbage is soft. Stir occasionally



Step 6

Serve immediately. Either enjoy on its own, or over a bed of cauliflower rice. Add green onions on top if desired.
