Baking Tips and Variations
To ensure your muffins are perfectly moist, make sure not to overmix the batter. A gentle hand will keep the texture light and fluffy. For a fun twist, try adding a handful of blueberries or a sprinkle of poppy seeds to the batter before baking. If you prefer a sweeter muffin, increase the maple sugar slightly or drizzle with a lemon glaze after cooling.
For those who enjoy a bit of crunch, consider topping the muffins with a blend of chopped nuts and seeds before baking. This not only adds texture but also enhances the nutritional value. Remember, baking is an art, so feel free to experiment and find your perfect muffin!
