Taco Sweet Potato Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato, diced
- 1-2 Tbsp ghee
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp chipotle chili powder
- 2 drops Cilantro Oil
- 2 drops Black Pepper Oil
- Optional toppings: avocado, bacon, salsa
Instructions
Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add ghee, Black Pepper Oil, and sweet potatoes. Cook until softened and browned, then set aside.
Step 2
In a separate skillet, sauté onions, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
Step 3
Add ground beef to the skillet, season with taco seasoning, salt, Cilantro Oil, and chipotle powder. Cook until beef is browned, then mix in sweet potatoes.
