  • 2 cups cooked chicken breasts or thighs, shredded
  • Salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder (to taste)
  • 1-2 large shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 bulbs scallions, sliced diagonally
  • 1 granny smith apple, sliced into matchsticks
  • Chopped tomatoes (optional)
